When Will came to Hired, he was 21 years old, and facing many barriers to a successful future. Will started with Hired by enrolling into our year-round Minneapolis Youth Work Program. He was supported to meet his basic needs and to address barriers to employment and continuing his education. Will enrolled in the GED program, with a long-term goal is to become a counselor or insurance agent. With Hired, Will is on his way to completing his GED in early 2023, and is excited for what comes next.
