At Hired, financial responsibility is about more than balancing the books. It’s about maximizing the impact of every resource to nurture purpose and advance economic opportunity for all. We track and spend our resources in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the highest professional integrity, but our true bottom line is measured in lives changed.
By centering participants and the communities we serve in all our decision-making, we ensure that our funding directly fuels personalized support, skills training, and family stabilization.
Impact at a Glance (FY2025 Outcomes)
Total Reach: Hired partnered with 5,150+ participants to find, prepare for, and secure family-sustaining employment.
Economic Mobility: We helped 1,279 participants secure employment at an average hourly wage of $27.60+. Participants saw an average wage increase of $4+ per hour over their wage at enrollment.
Family Stability: Our work increased stability for families, benefiting more than 10,500 children across the region.
Credential Attainment: Supported nearly 450 people in acquiring credentials, including degrees, technical licenses, and industry-recognized certificates.
