Hired is a leading player in the Twin Cities workforce ecosystem, and we are proud to be a highly collaborative organization. We work across organizations and sectors because solving complex workforce issues requires collective action and shared expertise.

We know that people can’t prepare for, start, and retain a job if they don’t have adequate housing or nutrition for their family, decent and affordable childcare, reliable transportation, and more. Furthermore, Hired is engaged in coalitions of workforce development organizations, employers, and government agencies to position nonprofits as partners in the workforce ecosystem.
