Hired’s services include:
Individual Life and Career-Focused Coaching: Support from a professional employment counselor to identify strengths and skills, and enhance job readiness through resume development, interview preparation, and digital literacy
Career Training, Education, and Work Experience: Access to technology, trainings, credentials and/or degree programs, and work exposure that’s occupation-specific and transferable to in-demand career fields.
Resources and Assistance: Connections to nutrition, transportation, childcare, housing, technology, and mental and physical health care supports to address barriers to employment.
