Training Details
Compensation: Eligible participants receive a $650 weekly training stipend.
High Earning Potential: Average industry starting wage of $18.50–$25/hour.
Certification: Opportunity to earn the Building Science Principles (BSP) certified credential.
Hands-on Skills: Learn home energy audit, insulation, air sealing, and installation practices from field experts. Receive training in job site safety guidelines and math for construction.
Workplace Readiness: Job readiness, digital skills, job coaching, placement opportunities.
Wraparound Support: Interview clothing, fuel, or bus cards are available.
Enrollment Requirements
High school diploma/GED
Basic computer, strong reading, and math skills
Driver’s license or actively in process of obtaining
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
Low income household and/or person of color

Hired staff will share information on how to get started.
3. Complete phone screen with CEE.
