Through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment & Training (SNAP E&T), Hired is helping families expand their job and training/education opportunities. You must be actively enrolled in and receiving SNAP benefits* to be eligible for SNAP E&T services.
SNAP (offered through your County) provides food assistance, while Hired helps individuals develop marketable and in-demand job skills for long-term stability and financial independence.
For individuals who qualify for SNAP E&T, additional support and resources include:
Personalized support through an Employment Counselor assigned to you
Navigating eligibility, enrollment, and maintenance requirements for SNAP
Career Training and Educational Programs, including Coursera’s online classes, Hired’s Career Pathways trainings, and others.
Connections to Resources
*Eligibility for SNAP benefits depends on household income and size.
