Hired Named a 2025 Minnesota Top Workplace

We are honored to be named a Top Workplace by Minnesota Top Workplaces.

This recognition is based completely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey measures employees’ experience and themes, such as employees feeling: respected & supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, among others.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

Hired is thrilled to receive this honor, which is a result of the intentional work Hired has been doing to demonstrate our commitment to building a workplace culture that is strong and inclusive.

“Thank you, Hired Community, for your trust in our vision and your work to make it a reality.

At Hired, our core values call us to Put People First, Go the Extra Mile, Advance Equity, and Work Together. Our work to advance these values and support people as they stabilize, prepare for careers, and overcome barriers to employment wouldn’t be possible without the hard work, sincere engagement, and commitment of our talented staff.”
— Julie Brekke, President and CEO

This affirmation directly from our team as a Top Workplace for the second time in three years is especially meaningful, and will guide our future growth as an employer of choice in the Twin Cities.
