Employment choices affect individuals and their families. Hired works with parents who receive MFIP (Minnesota Family Investment Program) to help them build family-sustaining careers.
Opportunities for Support
Together, we help job seekers find training opportunities and employment with the goal of building long-term careers and financial stability. Hired tailors services to each client’s individual needs through one-on-one coaching, training opportunities that build on existing skills and interests (or develop new ones), and in-depth counseling and job search support.
Hired serves MFIP recipients referred through Hennepin, Ramsey, and Dakota Counties. Please visit your local county office or go to https://mn.gov/dhs/ for eligibility.
