Training Includes:
- Introduction to Medical Assembly and Microelectronics careers 
- Digital Skills training and support 
- Microelectronics Assembler coursework through Century College 
- Job readiness skills like resume building and interviewing 
- Customer service and workplace professionalism 
- Coaching and mentoring from employer partners Medtronic and Seagate Technology 
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office 
- Hands-on microscope and wafer handling practice 
- Preparation to meet employer partner hiring requirements 
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years of age 
- Household income is at or below 200% poverty income level 
- Solid reading and communication skills 
Important details
- Start date: Monday, November 17, 2025 
- End date: Thursday, December 18, 2025 
- Monday - Thursday from 10am - 4pm 
- 4 days/week for 5 weeks
