We’re Back in the Office

In March 2020, when life was in a state of uncertainty, Hired developed a deliberate approach to remaining a certain presence for our participants and our community. Our work focused on:

  • Creating, implementing and monitoring safety measures to keep staff and participants healthy

  • Ensuring participants had access to food and support for their basic needs

  • Providing staff with the technology needed to virtually support our participants to pursue their career goals

Throughout the pandemic, Hired helped thousands to persevere:

  • Providing more than $500,000 to help families meet essential needs

  • Connecting more than 100,000 with our participants

  • Distributing more than 250 laptops to help individuals continue to search and train for better jobs during the pandemic.

Now, we’re returning to the office in the same deliberate manner that we did in March 2020.

To ensure all remain healthy, we ask that all staff
and visitors follow these guidelines:

Stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19
or had known exposure.

Wear a mask in our offices if you have not been fully vaccinated.

For those who can’t meet in person, we continue to offer virtual meeting and training options. Together, we’ll continue working towards an equitable economy where all can prosper.
