Jobs Summit is HIRED’s annual fundraising breakfast. At the Jobs Summit, you will learn how your generosity helps job seekers in the Twin Cities receive training, search for gainful employment, and become valued taxpayers in our communities.
Jobs Summit features a moving program, giving attendees a glimpse into the highly personal — and highly effective — work HIRED does with its clients. The program offers the opportunity to hear from those whose lives have been drastically improved because of their relationship with HIRED … from dislocated workers, to youth seeking employment, to those working to transition off welfare.
Attendees also hear from employers who have offered employment opportunities to HIRED clients, and who daily see the value these workers bring to their companies and organizations. And from the HIRED counselors who work directly with the wide range of clients, counseling them, training them, and ultimately walking side-by-side with them as they enter — or re-enter — the workforce.
