Jane Samargia … Executive Director. Ms. Samargia has more than three decades of experience in workforce development. She can address the socioeconomic and public policy issues that affect employment, as well as general questions about the design of service delivery systems, nonprofit program managemement and local and state government relations.

Carol Aharoni … Senior Program Director. Ms. Aharoni has over 25 years' experience in workforce development, with an extensive background in youth employment and employment programs serving ex-offenders.

Barb Dahl … Senior Program Director. Ms. Dahl has extensive experience developing successful welfare-to-work employment services for participants in the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP).

Nancy James … Senior Program Director. Ms. James has nearly 25 years of experience developing employment assistance programs for low-income adults and dislocated workers. She has recently developed new training partnerships with technical colleges and manufacturing industry associations.
