For 40 years, we have been in the business of helping people find and hold jobs, and we are going to bring together all of our experience, knowledge and resources to help you move on to the challenges of your next career.

There is no disguising the fact that, for all of us, losing a job is extremely stressful. There are as many ways to cope with this as there are people. And there are as many ways to search for a new job as there are people looking. But over the years HIRED’s employment counselors have learned how to focus on the steps and strategies that lead to success. Our mission and our real strength is to provide personalized and innovative work solutions. This means that we will work hard to shape programs and systems to meet your needs. Our counselors will work closely with you to build a job search strategy that fits your background, skills and personality. We are working toward the same goal: to help you find a great job.

This special section of the HIRED website is intended to provide specific information about the dislocated worker program services available to former NWA-Delta employees. Here you’ll find workshop schedules, contact information, and other material we think you’ll find helpful.
