For all HIRED clients, finding a job is the first priority. HIRED counselors work with each client to be sure that every job leads to a career. Whether you are a youth seeking your first job, or a dislocated worker with many years of work experience and highly developed technical skills, HIRED will help you work through a multi-step career planning process.

• Our counselors first help you assess your skills, abilities, interests and values, and then help you identify where and how your skills can best be utilized in the constantly evolving labor force. 
• Your HIRED counselor will work with you to develop an individual employment plan that outlines your career goals and a systematic method for achieving them.
• As you set out to work your plan, your counselors will provide guidance, encouragement and expertise to help you achieve your job search goals, and will help you make your employment decisions.
• HIRED can arrange informational interviews, schedule work site tours, provide labor market information resources, help you find internships, and enroll you in job clubs and workshops to help you learn about the responsibilities, working conditions, opportunities for advancement and training requirements of specific career fields.
