HIRED’s youth program offices are located in youth-friendly settings throughout the metro area. By working closely with schools and social service agencies, HIRED helps youth manage the full range of activities and support they need to obtain their high school diploma, pursue higher education, and develop the work habits and job-search skills necessary to find and hold a job.

HIRED’s youth programs are supported by Ramsey County Workforce Solutions, Dakota County and the City of Minneapolis using federal Workforce Investment Act and other funds. A variety of foundations and corporate giving programs also support HIRED’s youth programs— including Otto Bremer Foundation, Carlson & The Carlson Family Foundation, Ecolab Foundation, H.E. & Helen Warren Foundation, RBC Foundation Worldwide and the Riverway Foundation.
