HIRED’s Employer Services Division is dedicated to helping employers meet their workforce needs. The Employer Services Division staff are the liaisons between businesses and HIRED’s job-seeking customers.
We have the resources to quickly notify thousands of job seekers about job openings and refer qualified applicants. Our Employer Services Division coordinates job fairs and other opportunities for employers to promote their companies to workers. To improve employee retention, HIRED offers retention skills training and on-site job coaching for workers. Customized training programs are also developed to prepare workers for jobs with specific employers or industries.
