HIRED offers employers a variety of programs and services, including:
- Job Link, HIRED's searchable job database, where you can post your openings.
- Networking opportunities through our Employer Advisory Board and special employer events.
- Job fairs, offering employers an opportunity to showcase their business and meet with many job candidates at a single event.
- Supplemented wage projects: In many cases, HIRED can provide employers with workers whose wages are supplemented by government or HIRED funds. Supplemented wage projects can take the form of on-the-job training (OJT) or internships, or can be customized to meet the employer's needs.
- Customized training: HIRED will work with you to develop and arrange short-term customized vocational training programs to assure your new and current workers up-to-date skills.
