HIRED has a long history of collaborating with employers. Throughout the years, our employment counselors have partnered with thousands of companies in the Twin Cities metro area connecting our job seekers with their open positions.
The Employer Services Division was formed to bring all of those connections together, with one point of contact for alerting HIRED counselors and job seekers of openings. Job Link, HIRED’s searchable jobs database, allows employers to do just that. The program, which is operated by the Employer Services Division, allows employers to post their openings to job seekers. Although the tools available to employers have been improved over the years, the same goal remains, at HIRED, we recognize that in order to meet the needs of our job seekers, we have to address the needs of employers.
