HIRED was originally founded in 1968 to help ex-offenders find employment. Over the years, our mission and impact has grown. We now serve a wide range of clients through individualized programs for youth, adults, dislocated workers and MFIP recipients. Our Employer Services Division partners with a broad array of companies to develop recruiting, training and dislocated worker programs targeted to specific industries. We work with a variety of educational and nonprofit organizations to deliver training and support programs in neighborhoods convenient for our clients and partners.

Our commitment to assisting each client with personalized services has helped us grow into one of the most respected employment and training service providers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. The key to our success is that we try to offer equal measures of hope and encouragement, coaching and training, skill-building and work experiences… the kinds of strategies and assistance that help our clients find and hold jobs and begin to build careers.
