This year HIRED celebrates a major milestone – 40 years of providing personalized and innovative work solutions to Twin Cities area residents.

Since 1968, HIRED has helped more than 150,000 people find appropriate, meaningful employment. Originally founded to help ex-offenders find jobs, over the years, our mission and impact has grown. We now serve a wide range of clients through individualized programs for youth, adults, dislocated workers and MFIP recipients.

We are successful because of our unique approach. Surely an important part of what we do is help people find jobs. But HIRED does more. Much more. We’re committed to thinking strategically about Minnesota’s employment landscape and partnering with area employers and educational institutions to train people for the jobs that will be most needed in the coming years; jobs that will contribute to the economic stability of our communities.

Our work is important and rewarding, but it’s far from finished. This summer as we celebrate our accomplishments and look to the next 40 years and beyond, I want to thank you for your support and interest in HIRED’s future. Without your partnership, we would certainly not be where we are today.
